Service Scope

VPNPen provides access to international routes and client subscriptions, covering 100+ countries / 150+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Route configurations, subscription details, and client access are shown in the user panel. Use of the service is subject to the data allowance and validity of the selected plan.

This service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, content, or paid benefits for third-party websites. Access to international websites remains subject to each site's regional, account, and usage rules. Route coverage does not guarantee that any particular website or content will always be accessible.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. If you discover a disclosure or unusual use, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket. Subscription details are for the account holder only and must not be publicly shared, resold, rented, or shared with others.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time. This applies to the account holder's use across different devices and does not authorize distributing the service to others. Avoid abusing connections, consuming resources in bulk, or interfering with other users' normal use.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See the Plans page for prices and data allowances. Check the plan, amount, and billing method on your order before payment.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of any regions involved in their use of the service, as well as the applicable rules of the services they access. Do not use this service for fraud, infringement, distributing unlawful content, malicious attacks, unauthorized system access, or other illegal activities, or assist others in doing so.

Do not use automated requests, malicious scanning, or unusual connections in ways that affect route or system operations. Users are responsible for confirming that the content they access and their actions are legally authorized. Network access does not replace users' own judgment or responsibility for their conduct.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, device configuration, carrier routing, target website rules, and route maintenance. VPNPen does not guarantee fixed speeds, continuous availability, or access to specific content. If an issue occurs, check the client and subscription status first, then provide relevant diagnostic information in a support ticket.

Routes may change due to maintenance, upstream adjustments, or force majeure. VPNPen will address service issues within reasonable limits and does not control third-party website content, account decisions, or separate charges. Any limits on liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not waive liability that must be assumed by law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If VPNPen finds suspected illegal use, resale or sharing, interference with system operations, or risks to account security, it may restrict connections, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account depending on the risk. Where the reasons can be explained and the law permits, the basis for the action will be communicated through the user panel or a support ticket.

If you disagree with the outcome, submit an explanation and relevant materials through a user panel support ticket. Reviews will take the facts and risks into account; not every connection issue will be treated as a violation.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

VPNPen may update these terms when service features, legal requirements, or operating rules change, and will update the last-updated month on this page. Changes that materially affect user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or notice in the user panel, including how they apply. Updates will not retroactively diminish legal rights already acquired.

See the Privacy Policy for how account information is handled. If these terms conflict with mandatory provisions of applicable law, those provisions prevail. If any individual term cannot be applied, the remaining terms continue to apply.
